Matt Ransom likes things that go. He loves trains the most but he also likes messing about in boats, and he navigates highway traffic like he's solving a puzzle.
That's why his game ideas usually have to do with vehicles: cars that submerse or fly, steampunk pirate ships, railroads. Many years ago when this photo was taken, little did he know that some day he'd stop scribbling new rules for Rail Baron and start designing vehicular games of his own.
